Brand Manager in Hot Beverages Division

Your responsibilities:

Behave responsibly and proactively in promoting our brands in the best way possible.

Communicate with the brand owners on a daily basis.

Synchronize and adapt the marketing strategies of the partner companies with the local market needs and requirements.

Manage a significant budget and strictly follow its frame and deadlines.

Monitor stocks and work on forecasts and orders jointly with the logistics.

Analyze sales figures and control the performance of the different brands, identifiyng opportunities for new launches or discontinuing underperfoming skus.

Actively work together with the field force all over the country on reaching the sales targets, support them with materials, training and guidelines.

Put together a calendar of marketing and PR activities, report on their impact and efficiency.

Prepare regular reports on the marketing campaigns and the relating financials.

Closely work with benchmark customers, make sure they are taken care of at all times.

Keep close contact with suppliers of promotional materials.

Organize various promotional and PR events; Supervise the work of promotional teams.

Actively work together with the field force all over the country on reaching the sales targets, support them with materials and guidelines.

Supervise the work of the Training Manager.

Present, train and inspire.

Report directly to the CEO.

Others as necessary.


Our requirements:

Relevant higher education, preferably in Marketing.

Professional experience of at least 2 years in FMCG Marketing.

Creativity, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking with an eye for detail, ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment.

Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian and English language.

Strong computer user skills: MS Office, Photoshop, social networks.

Knowledge and experience in working with ERP systems are most welcome.

Willingness to travel nationally when necessary.

Clean driving license.
